Self-defence techniques that improve fitness, suppleness and strength. Open to adults of all ages, young people aged 13 to 18, and children aged eight to 12 (if accompanied by a parent).

The Health Stop takes place in the Y Sort-It base, 24 Kilbowie Road.

The Drop In includes various workshops on many different topics regarding health and wellbeing. A team of Y sort-it workers are available to help you access a range of health information, support and advice on any issue you find important to you.

Clydebank Public Library is hosting Time 2 Rhyme sessions, for children up to three years old, every second Saturday. Kids are taught nursery rhymes and songs.

Prize and money games as well as tea, coffee, biscuits and cake. A bus is available to pick-up and drop-off. All are welcome.

The Young Carers group meets every Tuesday night in the Y Sort-It base, 24 Kilbowie Road.

A bingo night is held every Tuesday at St brendan’s Church Hall. All prizes are cash and tea and biscuits are served.
