Police are appealing for information in an effort to trace a 42-year-old woman who has been missing from Drumchapel for a week.
Caroline McCauley White was last seen by her mother in Ladyloan Gardens around 6:30pm on Monday, July 30. She is around 5ft in height and of slim build with short brown hair and green eyes.
Described as having a ruddy complexion, when last seen she was wearing a pair of mid wash denim jeans, a black cardigan with an orange stripe down the centre and white Adidas trainers. Officers have been carrying out extensive enquiries to try to find Caroline.
CCTV has been checked and friends, family and neighbours have been spoken to, but so far there have been no sightings.
Chief Inspector Fraser Lamb, of Drumchapel Police Office, said: “It’s unusual for Caroline not to make contact with her family and they are really worried about her welfare. She requires daily medication but has not collected it and there are concerns that she may become unwell.
“I would appeal to anyone who has seen or heard from Caroline since Monday [July 30] to contact the police or a member of her family and let us know she is safe and well.”
